Have seen her look BETTER. That jacket is a disaster, WHAT was she thinking???????? If she is attempting to hide her arms, she could have went with a light flowing shawl, ANYTHING but that.

i like her dress, but i feel like she's been wearing the same dress to all the awards shows. flowy with lots of ruching. i guess she's going by "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

I'm assuming all of the "HATE ITs" are because of the jacket. The dress is gorgeous and so is her makeup, though. I voted LOVE IT.

she has been looking so amazing lately, I was really looking forward to her Oscar gown.....i'm with all of you...wtf is with the pockets and the Dr.Spock jacket?! lol!

She looks great -- fabulous hair, makeup and dress. Not a fan of the jacket but I don't think it ruins the look entirely.

If you ignore the jacket and look at the dress its actually beutiful. Great color on her and the jersey material is soo flatering. She took the jacket off inside so hopefully she will keep it off the rest of the night!

Wow. How unfortuante. Her big night and look what they do to her. The dress is great for her. Beautiful color and drapes on her figure beautifully. But they should have sewn up the pockets because girlfriend doesn't have enough sophistication yet to know not to actually use them. She looks so foolish ... hands in pockets and metallic wings about to take flight.

Lord, she was so close to having it all over Beyonce. Oh well.

It's interesting to me how Jen's post awards dress is just stunning. She was just on E! and she looks gorgeous.

The jacket makes her look like a star treck action figure! Who on EARTH styled her?! The dress would be fine without those damn pockets.

Hate the jacket, and when she got up to get her award, you could see that the dress was two sizes too small for her. Her flesh was squishing out of the sides and it was really unflattering. I think she should have gotten a bigger size and just had it tailored in the waist to make it fit better.

I'm undecided. Remove the jacket-thing and get rid of the pockets on the dress and she'd look loverly.

Dress is lovely AND I LOVE the pockets, what a cute detail to add to the rouching. I like different and this is different...I have to admit though that the jacket is a nightmarish detail. Yikes...she looks like one of the Jetsons with it on.

Once she removed that horrible jacket she looked great.

I'll never understand pockets in a dress.
