I hadn't really seen her much before the award show and I thought she was absolutely fantastic.

She's getting some flack for that video; people are comparing it to the "They really like me!" Sally Field speech.

But I didn't read it like that at all. It feels like an honest moment of realizing that you carried something huge off. It is a big deal to have people consider you for that role and I think she's just saying she's grateful for all that it meant for her personally.

People are just naysayers sometimes I guess. But I'm a big fan now and will look forward to her hosting things in the future.

Ellen is a great person I love her so much!
